Where Glamour Meets Passion

Our journey begins with a legacy of beauty, nurtured by none other than my incredible mother, Susan Foley, whose artistry ignited my passion for the hair industry. From the vibrant streets of Las Vegas to the bustling scene of LA, my background in hospitality instilled in me a golden rule: treat others as you wish to be treated. This ethos guides every interaction at The Powder Room, where our clients always come first.

Under the guidance of my mentor, Arnaud Ozharum, I honed my craft and embarked on a mission to elevate hairstyling to an art form. In 2011, I proudly opened the first Powder Room in Silver Lake—our beloved flagship studio that remains the heart of our brand.

After 15 years of renting, we are thrilled to share that we now own where we work. We’re in the process of transforming a beautiful 1921 Craftsman bungalow into our new Highland Park studio—a dream space that reflects our vision of timeless beauty, creativity, and authenticity.

None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of my family—especially my husband, Jeff Branson, whose strength and dedication have brought our vision to life, and my sister, Suzy Perrine, whose infectious spirit embodies our motto: "Keep it Sexy."

At The Powder Room, we redefine beauty with our commitment to non-toxic, plant-based products like Végétalement Provence, sourced from the lush fields of France. Our signature hand-tied extensions offer a healthier, more sustainable approach to glamour—ensuring every client leaves feeling and looking their absolute best.

Through it all, I’ve learned invaluable lessons: transparency is key, persistence is non-negotiable, and above all—we must always keep it moving, while embracing our mantra of keeping it sexy.

Join us at The Powder Room, where every visit is an experience in elegance, empowerment, and everlasting allure.
